Day to night make up with bright lips/ Dag til kvöld förðun með litríkum vörum

 On Friday my school was on fall break and because of that I did my make up so I could use my new Limecrime Velvetine's. I did change my make up bit for the night because I went to my cousin's birthday party.

Á föstudaginn var skólinn minn í haustfríi og útaf því gerði ég förðunina mína svo að ég gæti notað nýju Limecrime Velvetine. Ég breyti smá förðuni fyrir kvöldið því að ég fór í afmæli hjá frænku minni.

 The face of the day is a look with dark red lips and taupe colored eyeliner. I was feeling a bit fall-y today and I really wanted to wear this gloss.

FOTD Light rainy day makeup 24.06.2014

Today is a rainy but pretty day. I didn't want to wear anything to complicated on my face so that if it would rain on me it wouldn't be all smudged. Most of the products I used are something that I just got and I am trying out to see if they are good or not. Hopefully they are good but I will have to wait and see.

Í dag er regnlegur en samt fallegur. Ég vildi ekki vera með neitt of flókið á andlitinu á mér þannig ef að það mundi rigna á mig þá mundi það ekki vera allt klesst. Flestar af vörunum sem ég notðaði var ég að fá og ég er að prufa þær út til þess að sjá hvort að þær séu góðar eða ekki. Vondi eru þær góðar en ég verð bara að bíða og sjá.

I wore this look the other day and I think it came out pretty great. It's light and not much on the eyes with bright lips. It took no time putting it on and lasted all night with a little reapplying the lipstick. I think I will be doing my makeup like this more often. I feel like it makes the face look so fresh.

A very natural make up, quick and easy

This shows you how a little make up does wonders without been too much and too noticeable. When I have done make up on young models who are like 13 years old and aren't suppose to be wearing a lot of make up and going for that natural, this is kind of what I do with a few changes depending on the person. Basically light eyes, light face makeup with a not too heavy foundation and a little gloss on the lips.

Birthday celebration FOTD (face of the day)

I celebrated my birthday with my friends last saturday. I just turn 20 years old, so its a big mile stone. I when out with my friends, kind of clubbing and it was really fun. My make up wasn't a dark look, just a kind of natural look on the eyes with my lips with a pink stained look, easy breezy.

New years eve FOTD

This is kind of the face of the day/night that I wore but its more or less just the eyes because the full face photos did not come out as great as I thought but the photos of the eyes close up where just fine. The make up was a sort of warm bronzy/gold makeup with a twist, the twist being that I had blue glitter on the lower lash line. 

New years eve is a the night to go all out with your makeup and what screams all out? The answer is glitter, it adds the wow factor and gives a normal eye look that special thing which makes a big difference.

The eye of the day (Face of the day)

Today I went for a simple eye look with a thick winged liner. I used the Naked basics palette for Urban decay. 

What I used 

I primed my eyes with The Nars smudge proof eyeshadow base, then I Put Venus eyeshadow all over the lid and up under the brows. Taking naked 2 eyeshadow and put it in the crease and blending it out for a softer effect, after that blending lightly faint eyeshadow in the outer crease and also lightly on the lower lid . I lined my under lid with Mac Blacktrack Fluidline and on the waterline It used Gosh white pensil eyeliner. For mascara I used Maybelline One by one in Brown (trying something new :) ). In have Mac browpencil in Lingering on my brows.
