Getting my dream purple hair

I have wanted to have purple hair for the longest time and tried to get it that way this summer, however it didn't go the way I planned. At the start of July I bought purple dye and a lightner to make my hair light purple from the brand Crazy color but first I did lighten my hair ( because of my dark  roosts) so that the dye would show better in my hair.

Mig hefur langað að hafa fjólublátt hár í langan og ég reyndi að fá þannig í sumar en það fór ekki eins og ég planaði. Í byrjun júlí keypti ég fjólubláan hárlit og hárlitslýsara til þess að blanda með fjólubláa litnum til þess að fá ljós fjólubláan lit allt af þessu var keypt frá crazy color en fyrst lýsti ég á mér hárið ( eiglega út af dökku rótini) svo að liturinn mundi takast betur í hárið.

After that I blended the lightner and the purple together really well but I don´t really know why this happen.

Eftir það blandaði ég lýsaran og fjólublá litinn vel saman en ég veit ekki alveg afhverju þetta gerðist.

This is how it was after I washed the dye out and blow dried the hair.

Svona var hárið eftir að ég þvoði litinn út og þurkaði hárið.

The color was mostly in the roost with the occasional spot here and there. This make me really sad and also a little mad, but what could I do?

Liturinn fór mest allir í rótina mína og síðan voru nokkrir blettir sumstaðar í hárinu. ég varð mjög leið og líka soldið reið en ég meina hvað gat ég get?

The next day I decided to just dye my hair with the rest of the dark purple, I mean that would be better than this right? I covered hair hair in more color than was need but I just wanted to make sure that it would work. I also had I longer in that was necessary.

Daginn eftir þá áhvað ég bara kýla á það og bara lita allir hárið með restinni af fjólublálitnum, væri það ekki skára en hitt, er það ekki? Ég setti meiri lit en þrufti en ég vildi vera alveg viss um það að þetta mundi virka. Ég líka með þetta miklu lengur í en þurfi.

It was spotty and some of the hair just turned brown, blue and silver. Some of the ends suck the the color really up but I looked so bad that I cried little.

Hárið var mjög ójafnt og sumstaðar varð hárið brúnt, blátt og slifur litað. Sumir af endunum í hárinu tóku litinn in rósalega mikið en þetta leit svo illa út að ég grenjaði smá. 

In some lighting it was bearable but after the first shower it went mostly blue and a little green in some places.

Í sumu ljósi var þetta ekki var það ekki það versta en eftir fyrstu sturtuna var það að mestu blátt og líka smá grænt sumstaðar.

When I curled my hair it wasn't as noticeable but still I hated it. (This photo was taken 6 days after the first dye attempt)  

Þegar ég krullaði á mér hárið var það ekki eins sjáanlegt en ég virkilega hataðai það. (Þessi mynd er tekinn eftir fyrstu litunina)

so I went to a salon to try and fix it.

Þannig ég fór á stofu til þess að reyna að láta laga það.

 My hair ended up being really dark with a red shine to it, however the blue kind of stayed in the ends which I was okay with. I really liked this color and was happy to get it fix.

Hárið mitt varð dökkt með rauðun blæ en blái liturinn var enþá í endunum sem mér fannst það bara allt í lagi. Mér líkaði mjög vel við litinn og líka það að það hafi verið lagað.

 A month and a half my hair looked like this. The blue had taken over most of the hair except my roosts that still looked red, so I ordered a purple dye from ebay from Pravana in violet. I had read a lot of good reviews on it.   

Einum og hálfum mánuði seinna leit hárið mitt svona út. Blái liturinn hafið tekið næstum yfir allt hárið nenna það að rótinn var enþá rauð, þannig ég pantaði fjólubláan hárlit af ebay frá Pravana í violet. Ég hafið heyrt góðan hluti um hann.

 I got my dye I the mail and before that I used a color striper to try and that the blue and green color out. I had recently read on facebook that a girl that used crazy color used this to take the color out. This is the hair before.( I had a cold when these pictures were taken, that why I look so dead)

Ég fékk litinn úr póstinum og áður en notaði ég efni til þess að draga bláa og græna litinn úr hárinu. Ég hafið lesið nýlega á facebook að stelpa sem notaði crazy color litinn notaði þetta til þess að ná litnum úr. Þetta er hárið áður.( Ég var með kvef í þessum myndum, þess vegna lít ég svo dauð út)

I maybe should have bought two packs instead of one but I make it work

Ég hafið kanski átt að kaupa tvo pakka heldur en einn en ég lét þetta duga. 

This is after the color strip and it got most of the color out but not all. I could have waited and striped it one more time but I thought it would make that must difference since I was dyeing it dark purple. 

Þetta er eftir að ég notaði color strip og ég náði næstum öllum litinum úr. Ég hafði getað beðið og náð öllu úr en ég hélt að það mundi ekki miklu útaf því að ég var að fara að lita það dökkt fjólublátt. 

 When I bought the purple I made sure to buy two tubes, I have really thick hair so it's better to have to much than to little . I ended up using them both.

Þegar ég keypti fjólublá litinn þá passaði ég það að kaupa tvær túbur, Ég er með frekar mikið þykkt hár þannig það er betra að of mikið heldur en oft lítið. Ég þurfti síðan að nota báðar.

The color is so beautiful, pigmented and in different light it changes color.

Liturinn er svo fallegur, lit mikill og breytir um lit í missmunandi birtu.

It took a long time but now I finally got my dream hair.

Það tók langan tíma en núna er ég kominn með drauma hárið mitt.

However the dye colored my shower and pillow chase. This is a really strong color so be warred. I don't regret the dyeing. 

En liturinn litaði sturtuna mína og kodda verið mitt. Þetta er mjög sterkur litur þannig svo maður þarf að passa sig. Ég sé alls ekki að hafa litað það.
