This year will be my Get fit year. I plan to get in shape and feel better. I have been thinking about it for a long time and now I am doing it for really. I will be posting my progress on this blog, I think that might help me stay on track and talking about what I am doing might help to. I might do hauls with the gym things I buy ( I love buying clothes for the gym), what I wear and maybe the the food I´m eating?
Goals for the month:
Drink more water
Go to the gym at least 3 times
Eat more fruit and veggies
