Nails of the week (week 13)

I did lip shapes on my nail this week with a white background to make it stand more out. trying something new out with the step by step photo and seeing if that works better for this post :) .



What I used 

from the left, O.P.I nail polish (Alpine snow) Max factor nail polish (23 hot pink)

Base&Top coat

For tools

I used a small dotting tool but you can use a smal craft brush or a tooth pic (You don´t have to use fancy nail tools just use something you have :) )


How I did it 

1. Start of with clean nails with nothing on then.
2. Put on a base coat to protect then and make the other colors go on smoother.
3. Put on a background color of your choosing ( I used white to make it stand more out) and let dry.
4. Make a two bow shapes, one for the upper lip and one for the lower lip.
5. Make the bow shapes look more sharper and thick to make then look like full lips and then let dry.
6. Put on a top coat to seal the design in and let dry.
